Sofia began her journey with astrology over a decade ago, introduced to the practice by her mother. Her approach is rooted in years of personal exploration and healing through Jungian and Gestalt therapy, as well as dedicated self-study. She has immersed herself in the works of renowned astrologers such as Stephen Arroyo, Dane Rudhyar, Lisa Morpurgo, Liz Greene, Robert Hand, and Melanie Reinhart. In recent years, she has enriched her practice through online courses, workshops, and advanced seminars—including the summer school at Oxford University hosted by the Faculty of Astrological Studies, and the League of the Stars residency in Greece.

She has been offering natal chart readings to clients since 2022. Her sessions weave together the wisdom of Western astrology with Dzogchen Buddhist philosophy, to create a transformative experience based on self awareness which brings liberation.
